I purchased this iPad when it was first released and used it for about 4 years. It has been in storage since then.
I used a cover, so the sides and back are generally clean with almost no noticeable scratches. However, the screen has some light scratches and smudges because I didn't use a screen protector (in my opinion, they are not very noticeable).
I am unsure of the exact battery degradation.

I have confirmed that the display and operation are working without any problems.
Wi-Fi connection was also successful at home.
I have not tested the SIM card functionality as I do not have a valid SIM card.

One issue: The SIM card tray does not pop out just by inserting the pin (the pin hole seems to be worn down). To remove it, you can insert the pin carefully and it will lift slightly. Then, you can use something thin like a spatula to pull it out... Please refer to photo number 7.
